Spring openings and fall closings are the routine behind those stories — one late-2024 reviewer said the previous owner of the house passed the company along and it has handled everything since. There is more here than seasonal service. Recent reviews describe breaking through concrete to reach a leaking pipe and repairing the concrete afterwards, new steps and a liner, and a pump and filtration failure on the morning of the 4th of July that Joe came out to fix that same morning. A late-2024 customer listed a heat pump installation among the work done; a homeowner replacing a failed liner ahead of a house sale in 2022 said the pricing came in line with the other quotes they gathered. One sour note in four years: a 2023 one-star reviewer wrote only that the company didn't have what he needed, which reads as a stock question rather than a workmanship one — worth confirming they carry or can source your equipment before booking. Their BBB page carries no rating and no accreditation, which BBB attributes to not having enough information about the business; it lists no complaints and no government actions. That same file shows a Madison Avenue address while Google and the company's own site give a suite on Andover Street, so confirm where to send paperwork. The right call for North Shore homeowners with an in-ground vinyl pool: a liner at the end of its life, seasonal openings and closings, a heater or pump that quit. Ask for the liner catalogue up front and get the scope in writing, since much of what customers describe here starts with a phone call rather than a formal proposal.
