Twenty-three Google reviewers have rated Aquafully Leak Detection, and not one of them gave it less than five stars. The line that keeps coming back isn't about price or politeness — it's that the leak got found, and the yard survived. Aquafully works out of Chelsea and does one unglamorous thing pool owners are famously stuck finding anyone to do: work out where a swimming pool is losing water. Reviewers name Endir Nunes as the owner and describe him doing the work himself with an assistant. HomeAdvisor's profile puts the specialization as residential and commercial pool and spa leak detection along with pool restoration. The specifics are what carry it. One 2026 homeowner had been losing water for weeks with nobody able to explain why; a full pressure test found the exact leak with no digging. Another watched a leak traced under newly landscaped grass, the pvc pipe replaced, and the lawn put back so well you couldn't tell a hole had been made. A third had four holes patched in an above-ground pool inside an hour. In a 2023 review, a homeowner described being handed a headset wired to a microphone in the water so he could listen to his own pool leaking. Speed shows up nearly as often as accuracy. Reviewers in 2026 describe same-day callbacks, visits within a day of phoning, and in one case a reply within an hour of a message left. The work doesn't stop at detection, either — skimmers rebuilt with new lines run to the pump, a dead pool pump replaced, a chlorinator sorted on the same visit. Angi also lists pool cleaning and maintenance and pool opening and closing, and one customer says Endir now handles their pool's open and close each season. There is one clear counterweight, and it's the thing to raise before booking. An Angi customer writing in August 2025 says they paid $550, the leak was never fixed, the company twice promised to come back and didn't show, and then stopped answering messages. Nothing else among the reviews echoes it, and the months since have run uniformly positive — but it's specific enough to be worth asking outright what happens if the leak isn't found, or if the repair doesn't hold, and getting that answer in writing. Worth knowing too: the directories don't agree on how long this business has been at it. Angi's own listing credits three years of experience; the company's Thumbtack profile claims thirteen. If you're losing water and your pool company has shrugged, this is the specialist that call is for — a small owner-run outfit with real detection equipment and a strong recent run of finding what others missed. Pin down the price, the scope, and what happens on a leak they can't locate before the truck shows up.
Responded to call same day and told me when they could come out. Diagnosed and fixed the plumbing issue quickly without having to dig through the patio, which was great. Will call them again if we have other leak issues
Can’t say enough about this pool leak detection company! Endir Nunes the owner does the work himself with the help of an assistant. We had a company come out, that our pool company had recommended and they did bare minimum! And did not fix issue. We were loosing 3” of water every 24 hours. Found this company on line and based on their great reviews booked them! They arrived on time came within a couple of days of calling them spent at least two hours at our house and found the problem fixed it and no more leaks could not be happier!!! You cannot go wrong with this company!!
Communicated well, came on time and was efficient.
Where to start with this company. At the end of last season we noticed a significant leak in our pool, picture water in a bathtub when the drain is opened, we let the pool drain and figured the HRV was prop ably to blame. Fast forward to this spring, I replace the valve and have 20,000 gallons of water delivered. Immediately the pool begins to drain again. 7” in a 24 hour period. Frantic to save what water is left I blind call Aquafully Leak Detection. Thank the pool gods Endir answered and told me he would come by that day. He diagnosed an issue with the deep end skimmer and applied epoxy. He told me to keep an eye on the marked water level and let him know if the leak persisted. Unfortunately, the leak was not done with me yet, there was still water loss occurring though nowhere near as fast as before. I checked in with Endir the next day and he put us on the schedule to return. When he returned he quickly was able to determine what was going on and provided the repair. Now my pool is looking more like a pool and not a skate bowl. I can’t say enough about the help Endir provided. His quality of service and professionalism is top notch. Don’t wait till it’s too late. If you have a leak don’t waist time with “the guy in a truck with a couple of sticks of pool putty” call Auquafully and have the pros handle it. A+ Justin Robinson
