I am on my second year of owning a salt water ambassador pool and my family and I love it. If I ever have any concerns they have been quick to respond and I needed to put up the pool fast so it would be ready for my daughters birthday last summer they came out and installed it within two weeks of me signing the dotted line and in time for my daughters party!
We were looking for a one stop shop pool company. After getting the run around from a couple who wouldn’t even come out to walk our yard we connected with Ambassador. Our sales person Zach was so patient and informative, we signed on the spot. Our pool was completed within a month of signing the contract, the wait time attributed to the wait in permit. Since the completion, we’ve had some follow ups and every single person we’ve talked to has been great! I cannot recommend the product or people enough!!
