The company says Eric Stringi started it in spring 2005 — a college entrepreneurship-class business plan turned real after hands-on years building inground pools — and it still runs as a family operation out of Lynnfield, serving the North Shore and Essex County. On Google it holds 4.7 stars across 18 ratings, and the eight written reviews, all five stars from fall 2024 through this spring, keep circling one theme: reliability. A customer wrote in October 2024 that this is "the most reliable home service team I have ever worked with. They do what they say they will do and when they say they will do it." Another, writing that same month, said she knew nothing about pools when she bought her house a decade ago and has had them open and close it every season since. A first-season customer in May 2025 described the crew arriving right on schedule for a spring opening; this April's review simply recommends them to anyone with a pool. The work is inground pools and spas only — openings, closings, weekly or bi-weekly maintenance, liner replacement, safety cover installation and equipment repair — across a dozen towns the company lists, from Lynnfield and Wakefield out to Beverly Farms and Wenham. It advertises a Certified Pool Operator credential; that is the company's own claim, not a state registration, and Massachusetts doesn't require one for residential pool service. A good fit if you want a season-round relationship with the same small crew rather than a rotating franchise route. One thing to square before booking: BBB lists a single employee while reviewers consistently describe "Eric and his team," so ask who actually shows up — and confirm your town is on their list, since they stay deliberately close to home.
