I have been using Hancock Appliance for many years. They are friendly and very professional. I was able to buy my refrigerator and stove without having to go to their shop. They just needed the correct measurements. I can put my trust in them and each time I have never been disappointed.

I can't wait to have a pile of dirty dishes! You couldn't ask for better service from Hancock Appliance-- I didn't want the least or most expensive dishwasher. Paul and Bill were both incredibly helpful showing me options, features and what would fit my needs. The installation process was outstanding-- I had a delivery window between 10a-12p and at 10:15a. Other companies told me I had to have the dishwasher disconnected before they would install the new one. That meant, I would have to pay a plumber to come and disconnect for them to haul the old one away AND then have the plumber return to reconnect the new machine! With Hancock Appliance, one fee included disconnect, delivery, reconnect and haul away. Not only that, but Jimmy and Billy were the best-- incredibly friendly, professional and completed the entire job in under an hour. I prefer patronizing small businesses rather than the big box stores and when it comes time to select my new refrigerator, I'll return to Hancock Appliance. Thanks Billy for five star customer service!
