Three services called over two days; one called back. That was a June 2026 customer's account — Charles from Spencer Home Services rang back on a Friday evening, arrived inside the hour, and had the repair diagnosed and finished within another. That is roughly the shape of this Peabody company across nearly a thousand Google ratings: it picks up, it shows up, and it covers plumbing, sewer, heating, cooling and electrical out of one shop. Sewer and drain work carries the biggest jobs. In June 2026 a crew ran a liner through a sewer pipe from a house to the street and left the basement spotless afterward. Another crew that month hooked a house up to town sewer. When a neighbourhood low-pressure sewer system started backing up into a home, the team buried the basement grinder pump outside and ran a new line to the town system. And after a major crack opened in old cast iron, another crew replaced all the pipes and lined the main to the street — that homeowner noted a 30-year warranty on the work and said they could sell the house knowing it. Plumbing and HVAC fill in around it. Toilets and kitchen faucets, a gas hot water tank replaced with a walkthrough on maintaining it, a leaking sewage ejector pump called in at 9:30 on a Sunday night and resolved by Monday afternoon, two mini-split systems installed on the second and third floors of a townhome, two furnaces and an AC unit swapped out in eight hours. On the electrical side, one homeowner keeps getting the same technician back for breaker-box issues and generator maintenance. Technicians get named constantly — Molly McLeod, Anthony, Charles, Rich, Pasquale, Zarro, Michael — which usually means people who stay. Booties and floor protection come up in review after review, and so does diagnosis with actual instruments: one June 2026 customer noted the tech spotted a disconnected damper lever and took quantitative readings rather than eyeballing it. The complaints are few, but pointed, and both are recent.
