The word that turns up again and again in Endless Energy's reviews isn't about price or speed — it's "knowledgeable." Customers calling about a mini-split repair, a failed AC system, or a dead furnace describe technicians who explain the diagnosis in plain terms before doing the work. Endless Energy is a Randolph-based HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company that describes itself as family-owned and independently run for more than 40 years, with over 80 people on staff today. Its Massachusetts HVAC license, 934-SM-B, checks out as active against the state registry. The last six months back that up: seven reviews across Google and Angi, all five stars, none negative. One customer shopped Endless Energy against two competitors after an AC system failed, picking them for competitive pricing and a sales team that was knowledgeable and responsive, then had the unit swapped out quickly and professionally. Another had a technician catch a burnt-out compressor still covered under manufacturer warranty and get it replaced at no extra cost. The broader history isn't spotless, though: its Angi page, which spans 2014 to today, includes at least one lower-rated review describing a delayed and mishandled project, and total review volume — 5 on Google, 18 on Angi — is thin for a company that says it's been around four decades. The Mitsubishi Diamond, LG Platinum, and Mass Save badges it advertises are self-reported on its own site rather than confirmed by a third party. For a routine HVAC repair or replacement, the recent pattern is solid and the license is real; it's worth asking for the warranty terms in writing before signing off on a bigger job, given the one older complaint on file.

The technicians were very knowledgeable, respectful and neat as they performed the repair on our mini split unit!

Endless Energy is great! My old AC system went down and I called them and 2 other companies. Their pricing was competitive and their sales team was very knowledgeable and responsive, so we decided to go with them. They were able to get the job done quickly and professionally (special thank you to the install techs Mike and Chris). I now have a working system and a 10 year warranty on the new equipment, and most importantly a cool house in time for summer. I’d recommend Endless Energy to anyone looking to have any HVAC work done on their home!
