Outlook Home Inspection is Mohan Singh — one ASHI-certified inspector running the whole operation out of Lexington, and by his own account working seven days a week across Greater Boston and into Southern New Hampshire. The word that keeps surfacing in his Google reviews is thorough: homebuyers describe an inspector who walks them through the house, explains what he's seeing in plain terms, and hands back a report they can actually act on. He's been a Certified Inspector with the American Society of Home Inspectors since 2018, and the company carries a stack of specialist credentials most one-person shops don't: certified radon measurement, infrared thermography, wood-destroying-insect inspection, BPI building analyst, and an FAA drone license for roof and property shots. The offering runs the usual buyer's, seller's, and maintenance inspections, plus radon testing and thermal imaging under one roof. The track record is consistent but not deep — eight reviews, all five stars, clustered on Google, with one landing in the last few months. A March 2026 client described Singh as extremely thorough and very detailed, quick to explain what he finds and to point you toward the people who can fix it. Nothing negative turns up across his reviews or his wider web presence, though eight ratings is a modest sample to judge a business on. For a homebuyer who wants a hands-on inspector who'll take the time to teach them the house rather than hand over a PDF and leave, Outlook fits the brief — and the radon and thermal-imaging certifications mean fewer separate vendors to line up. Because it's a single inspector, confirm his availability against your closing timeline before booking, and ask which of his certifications apply to the specific testing your purchase needs.

He was very professional and thorough with his inspection. He was also very helpful in explaining things we didn't quite understand fully. He made this portion of our home buying process very seamless and stress free.

We are so lucky to have found Mohan! Initially, he helped us with pre-inspections on multiple homes. He is so knowledgeable that he really helped us understand what was happening in each home and so we felt we could make our home purchase with complete confidence. Later, he helped us with a full inspection on the home that we purchased. He clearly explained everything and provided a quick and detailed report that prioritized the most important things. I had been feeling so overwhelmed with the new house and having Mohan’s help, I felt such relief, ease and felt so organized! He’s always available via text for any questions that come up and no question is too small or too big. We really trust his opinions and he’s super personable. He really put us at ease as being first time home buyers. I don’t know what we would do without Mohan!
