Its Massachusetts home inspector license is active, and its BBB page carries an A+ with accreditation. Turnaround is the operational thing clients single out. One had the full report a few hours after the inspection with every defect photographed and documented; another had it the next day; a third who needed extra reports on short notice said the office accommodated it. Booking, paying the invoice and reading the report all run through the company's website, which several people mention as the easy part of the process. The teaching is the other constant. Inspectors explain not just what they are looking at but why it matters — one client said their inspector kept answering questions by text at night after the visit, another that he showed up early and covered the house inch by inch. First-time buyers make up a lot of the recent reviews and it shows in how those reviews are written. One account cuts the other way, and it is recent. In February 2026 a client wrote that the inspection was rushed, that what it missed cost thousands to repair after closing, and that a pest inspection they had paid extra for reported no wood-consuming insects when a carpenter ant infestation had been present for years. It stands as a single voice against a very large positive volume, but it names a concrete failure mode: the paid pest add-on. Ask what that add-on actually covers before buying it, and don't treat a clean wood-destroying-insect finding as equivalent to a dedicated pest inspection. For a first purchase, or a multifamily where the report has to land before the contingency clock runs out, this is a straightforward call. Ask which inspector is assigned and what the add-ons include — you are hiring the firm, not one particular person.
