KRoss plumbing provides nothing short of exceptional service. I myself unprofessionally got a snake caught in my 2nd floor kitchen sink drain that went all the way down to the first floor bathroom. I called up Ross and within days problem solved. From the initial visit for an estimate to the communication about when he could start and how long it would take he exceeded his own expectations. I highly recommend KRoss Plumbing. From the initial call to the completion of the job, everything went smoothly. Kevin is truly an expert. I had a broken water heater and had to replace it w/ a new one, and Kevin not only did the fantastic job but also addressed all the questions and concerns I had about the water heater. I had an outstanding experience with Kevin From start to finish, the professionalism and attention to detail were impressive. He came out earlier for the estimate, explained everything he was going to do, and gave clear insight into the pricing model, ensuring there were no surprises. He made sure I had everything needed before starting the work, which showed great care. The quote was beyond reasonable, and the quality of work was top-notch. He worked efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, and even did a final walk-through to make sure everything was perfect.
