We recently moved into a new home and were referred to Hackett Brothers Plumbing by the sellers, and we’re so glad we called them. Rick was extremely responsive from the start and walked us through all the plumbing items noted on our home inspection. He provided honest, clear feedback about what actually needed attention and what didn’t, which we really appreciated.<br><br>We decided to move forward with replacing a toilet, and Rick got us on the schedule right away. The team showed up on time, was professional, thorough, and incredibly efficient with the install. Everything was done perfectly and with great care.<br><br>We’ll definitely be calling Hackett Brothers Plumbing again in the future for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about Rick and his team…knowledgeable, professional, timely, neat…all the things you want in a plumber. He installed a brand new boiler and hot water heater and we couldn’t be happier with the product and the service. Hackett Brothers is 5 stars for sure!

I called Rick at Hackett Bros. At 7 am because of my water heater. After diagnosing that we needed a new one he had his staff install before noon. They were polite, clean and efficient. I would recommend Hackett Bros. To all my family friends and clients without hesitation
