I just used David for one apartment that I rented to a young couple. The lady is pregnant, they're worrying about lead paint. So I called David, he's very good, explaining about the inspection wit details. Then he scheduled time with me, and showed up on time. After the inspection, the apartment has lead paint on Window sills need to be corrected. David gave us clear direction on how to do it. My husband and I took the training, did the work. We called David for the inspection, he helped us and rescheduled very quick. The test samples were all good, my tenants can be back to the apartment soon. From the whole process, I really appreciate David's expertise, his fast response, and prompt action. I'll recommend him to anyone if needs to do the lead paint inspection.

David and Anne came to our apartment a few weeks ago to do a thorough lead inspection. They were very respectful of our space, professional, and easygoing. We deliberated for a long time before getting the lead inspection, because it is a big decision with consequences. They were very knowledgeable and fair in helping us decide for ourselves. I’m so glad that we went with them. In the end, they didn’t find any lead in our apartment!
