I called Bill about a leak related to my basement injector pump. I have guests coming to visit before Thanksgiving, so wanted to to fix the issue quickly. Even though Bill was out of the office when I called him, he asked me for a picture of the leak and he walked me through the repair, free of charge. Five stars isn't enough; I highly recommend Clark Plumbing

Highly recommend Bill Clark of Clark Plumbing. Bill is detail oriented and is Stright forward - and with our recent bathroom renovation, he put in the extra time and effort to make sure everything in the house was working better than before! Definitely will consider for any other work we may need in the future.

Seems to me like the negative reviews on Google for Clark Plumbing & Heating are either from bots or horrible people who just want to mess with Bill's ratings. Five stars for Bill for a few reasons:<br><br>-He answered the phone when I called<br>-He was honest about what he could and couldn't do<br>-He came to give a quote and repair a leak a day after I called asking for help<br>-His pricing is fair and not above market<br>-He was respectful when he entered our home and even took off his shoes when asked (we take off shoes in our house)<br>-He was professional and seemed like a genuinely nice person - who doesn't want to work with a nice person?<br>-The work he performed was top notch - the leak is gone (he repaired someone else's shoddy work in our home)<br><br>Thank you Bill for your help and your number is now permanently saved in my phone!
