It also says it works with Bona, Loba, Wakol, Lagler and American Sanders products and equipment. The recent history is unusually consistent. Across 217 Google ratings the average sits at 5.0, HomeAdvisor shows 4.9 from 127 reviews, and the BBB page is an A+ with accreditation since 2023. Read the last six months and the same behaviors keep surfacing: stain samples sanded and applied directly onto a customer's own floors rather than shown from a brochure, a whole house finished in a week while the owners were away, wide plank pine sanded and recoated after previous owners had painted a mural across part of it, and a water-damage refinish where the estimate went through the homeowner's insurance. One Cambridge condo job got picked up on short notice. Refinishing is clearly the center of gravity — most people describe old, stained, or badly worn floors brought back rather than new construction — but installation work shows up too, including hardwood in a new home and vinyl plank. The one thing worth raising: not every job has gone smoothly. A single one-star review disputes the contract, alleging agreed materials and process weren't followed, and the disagreement went through arbitration and an appeals court.
