That is the shape of this Peabody shop's standing on the North Shore: neighbors passing the name along rather than a wall of star ratings. The credential checks out. Its Massachusetts master plumber licence, number 12889, is active in the state registry, listed to William Vasiles as holder of record. BBB has accredited the business since November 2010, grades it A+, and publishes no complaints against it. BBB dates the business to 1987; the company's own site still says 35 years, which undersells it by a few. One thing changed recently and is worth a direct question. BBB records a change of ownership dated 15 May 2026 naming Austin Bettencourt as owner, while the master plumber licence on file remains in William Vasiles's name. A founder handing a shop to a successor is ordinary — just ask who the master of record is on your job and who will be doing the work. The other gap is that nobody has written the work up: no customer reviews appear on its BBB page, so those two Reddit voices are what there is to go on. Get the quote in writing, confirm the licence number that goes on the permit, and ask how the ownership change affects your warranty.
