I’ve used this company twice in the past year and couldn’t be happier. They repaired the steeple roof on my old Victorian mansion — a job most roofers wouldn’t touch — and even ordered a custom shingle color to make it “pop.” Mike, one of the owners, was onsite for this “smaller” job, which says a lot about their commitment. This winter, ice dams hit the same house hard. They came out quickly, resolved the issue, and charged a very fair price. Their crew stands out — respectful, skilled, and clearly treated well. They follow safety rules and leave everything spotless. I also sit on a condo board in Western Mass, and Mike personally drove out, provided a drone inspection, and is incredibly patient with our year plus ongoing decision‑making process. They’re fair, honest, and handle large jobs while still caring for smaller local ones with that genuine “mom and pop” attention. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience from quote to finished project. Supervisor and foreman always on property. Condo project took 8 days. Property was completely cleaned up at the end of each work day. Crew was very responsive to any issues that arose. Pricing was very reasonable and there were no unexpected charges at end of job. We would strongly recommend US Roofing.
