I called them to find out if they could help me replace a Therma-Tru glass insert (they’re listed as one of Therma-Tru’s installers). I spent at least 15 minutes on the phone providing all kinds of information—just short of my Social Security number —only to have someone call or text me the next day to tell me they don’t even do that type of work. The bottom line is that, instead of collecting a lot of personal information—most likely for marketing purposes—they should have simply said they don’t handle this type of work, as a few other places told me upfront. That would have been perfectly fine.
