Second, the one substantive complaint on record. In a November 2022 review, a customer wrote that the system itself was fine but the installation was not — mounted out of level, plastic piping run into an all-copper house, and no willingness to come back and change it. Nothing since repeats that, and recent reviewers specifically praise clean installs in awkward spots, including a finished basement. Even so, if your house is older or the mechanical room is tight, agree the routing and pipe materials in writing first.
