Tetra isn't the crew that shows up on installation day. Run out of Newton by co-founder and CEO Max Veggeberg, the company sells and manages heating and cooling replacements — heat pumps, mini splits, boilers, furnaces, air conditioners and water heaters — quoting a price upfront, arranging rebates and financing, and handing the actual installation to vetted local partners under a five-year guarantee it calls Fully Covered. Its BBB page dates the corporation to June 2020 and lists four employees at 22 Ober Rd. Almost nothing has been written by customers. One account, posted on EnergySage in October 2024, described a mini-split purchase delivered on time at exactly the price quoted and with no pressure. That is the entire public commentary on file, which is why no rating is published here. Its BBB page is an A+, and the business has not sought accreditation. The company says it covers Plymouth, North Andover, Brockton and Boston. Worth a quote if what you want is one locked-in price and someone else chasing the rebate paperwork. Before signing, ask which local company will actually be doing the work at your house, and get the five-year guarantee's terms in writing.
