The name that keeps appearing in reviews of Select Flooring and Beyond isn't a crew — it's Megan, the owner who runs the office. Customer after customer describes her coordinating the quote, the supplier order, the schedule and the install, and that coordination is what people are actually buying here. SFAB works out of Rockland and sells as well as installs: hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl, tile, natural stone and carpet tile, with hardwood refinishing and subfloor work alongside. The company says it has served the Greater Boston area since 2020 and is family-owned; its Best Pick Reports page lists 27 Boston-area cities in the service territory. Massachusetts BBRS license 202147, on file with the BBB, runs to May 2027. The recent work reads big and fast. A 1,000-square-foot vinyl plank job in a raised ranch this spring involved a concrete subfloor near the ocean, a Quiet Walk vapor barrier and radiant heating mats underneath — and the customer singled out the cleanup on a rainy day. Another homeowner had roughly 900 square feet of LVP go into a basement in a day and a half. A third had a second floor replaced in fall 2025, came back this spring for the first floor, and reported the sanding crew left no dust behind. Twelve reviews in the last six months, none negative, and the Google page sits at 5 stars across 40 ratings. One wrinkle is worth knowing. A March reviewer split the score deliberately: five stars for the installers and for the product specialist, two for the store side, describing daily texts, wrong pickup dates, and a request for a fee to hold the order. That is the only sour note in a deep run of praise, but it points at the retail process rather than the craft. Best Pick also lists a $1,000 job minimum, so small patch jobs are likely out of scope. SFAB fits a whole-room or whole-floor project where materials selection, ordering and installation all need managing by one party. Confirm the license and the one-year labor warranty in writing, pin down the pickup and hold terms for your material order up front, and check that your town falls inside the service area.

LOOK NO FURTHER.... HIRE SFAB!!. They are BEYOND fabulous. The owner John is amazing, and Megan is incredibly responsive and detail oriented. She answered every question and replied to all our emails in a timely fashion. The team got the job done on time and below budget - yes, you read that right!. The team worked efficiently, they left the house pristine, and were very considerate of our work-from-home life. This job was complicated - navigating stairs, intersecting hallways, multiple doorway thresholds, and 6 closets. Our master has been literally transformed and it feels like we now have a spaaa-hhhh! Five stars!!!

I would like to say the whole experience was great from star to finish. Jason who installed my floor was organized and very talented in his craft. The clean up and dust was at a very minimal. Megan in the office was always there for support or questions. I do highly recommend this floor company
