Verified record
Saga HVAC works out of 10 Louis St in Chelsea, handling heating and hot-water work for homeowners and small landlords in the immediate area. The public record is short — three reviews, all from 2025, all five stars — but each one describes an actual job rather than a mood. In June 2025 a homeowner described the company replacing an indirect HTP SuperStor water heater and its gaskets, rearranging the piping into a cleaner layout, and hauling the old unit away; the reviewer said the crew explained what they were doing as they went and left the house as they found it. Speed comes up twice. A May 2025 customer whose oil-fired heat failed in winter said Saga arrived within a few hours, identified the fault immediately and fixed it on that visit. Another May 2025 review, from an owner of a Chelsea rental property, described a tankless system installed by a previous owner that kept erroring out: office staff talked through the likely cause on the phone, technicians were on site within hours, resolved it the same day and followed up afterwards. That reviewer named Mynor and Ricardo on the tools and Jennefer in the office, and said they have used the company for their rentals and their own home since. Three reviews is not a track record, and all three are more than a year old, so treat this as promising rather than proven. If you call them, the areas the record actually speaks to are water heaters, tankless units and oil-fired heat — ask for recent references on anything further afield, and get the scope and price in writing before work starts.
Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from Saga hvac. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.

I recently had Saga Hvac come out to replace my indirect HTP SuperStor water heater, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and respectful of my home. They not only replaced the water heater and gaskets but also took the time to rearrange the piping for a cleaner and more functional setup. Everything was done with attention to detail and high-quality workmanship. They even hauled away the old unit, which saved me a big hassle. The team was punctual, explained what they were doing throughout the process, and made sure everything was up and running before they left. I appreciated their clear communication and honest pricing. Highly recommend Saga Hvac for anyone needing plumbing or water heater services, they truly go above and beyond.
I have oil tank in my house and during the winter the heater wasn’t working. I called SAGA HVAC, they came within a few hours. They knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it right away. I will be calling them again. Fast, reliable, and great customer service.
Mynor and Ricardo are amazing! We bought a rental property in Chelsea where the previous owner installed a crappy tankless system. The system kept shutting off and giving an Error. We called, spoke with Jennefer who was able to explain what was happened and sent them out to take a look. She was right! They were there within a few hours and were able to resolve the issue same day, even followed up! We’ve called them every time we need them ever since! We trust them with our rental properties and our own home. CALL THEM, you won’t regret it!
