Twenty-nine windows, out and replaced in two and a half days. That is how a homeowner writing in January 2026 described their job, and speed on a single visit is the thread running through most of what customers of this Woburn company say. Rite Window works out of 500 West Cummings Park and sells two things: replacement windows and exterior doors, and Kohler shower and bath systems. It now operates under the Renuity name — Renuity acquired RiteWindow in May 2022, and the company announced on June 15, 2026 that it had completed the switch — but the Rite Window name is what its listings and its customers still use. The written history runs deep: 47 reviews from 2016 onward across seven sites, with Best Pick Reports showing 4.5 from 324 ratings and both Angi and HomeAdvisor at 4.4 from 26. Its BBB page is an A+, accredited since 2018. The bath side draws the most specific recent praise — a July 2026 customer walked through the awkward dimensions of their bathroom before saying the finished LuxStone shower looked the part and the crew cleaned the space every day; another came away from a full shower renovation, permits handled, in three days. The complaints are equally specific, and they land in the same two places: finish work, and what the salesperson said up front. A February 2026 window job left the molding around the windows destroyed and the floors needing steam cleaning, with a finish contractor called in afterward. In July 2026 a customer said they were told repeatedly that their windows qualified for Mass Save rebates, paid for a higher-priced installation on that basis, and later found they did not qualify. A 2024 bath customer escalated to Kohler, whose investigation ended with the shower removed and reinstalled to a different design. Undated survey comments echo the smaller version of the same thing: a slider that lets wind through, a replacement screen never delivered, a first crew that left a scuffed wall. One item to settle before you sign anything: the Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration on file for Rite Window, LLC — number 205017 — is expired in the state registry. Ask which entity is pulling your permit and under which current registration, and get the rebate and financing terms in writing rather than from a sales conversation. This is a volume replacement outfit, not a general remodeler — the right call if you want a defined product installed quickly by a company with a decade of reviews behind it, and the wrong one if your job needs carpentry-grade finish work around the opening. Pin down the paperwork and the trim work, and the rest of it tends to go the way people describe.
“Hardy windows Vs Rite Window... Is one any better than the other for New England weather?”
“Looking into using rite window for our porch windows and bathroom. Lots of reviews on windows but not so much on bath.”
“Sorry this a very boring topic compared to most, but since it’s a local company, I can’t ask for experience from more national subs.”
“WOBURN, Mass., June 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Rite Window completed its transition to operating under the Renuity name as of today, marking the culmination of a multi-year transition into a unified national company dedicated to providing homeowners with fast, reliable, and high-quality home remodeling services.”
“The entire process with Rite Window - Greater Boston was seamless. They handled everything, including pulling all the necessary permits, and completed the full shower renovation in just three days.”
“Birmingham, Michigan – May 10, 2022 – Angle Advisors is pleased to announce that Renuity, the national home improvement vertical of Titan Holdings, has acquired RiteWindow.”
“Rite Window did a beautiful job replacing the 40 year old windows and exterior doors on my single family home. Judi, the Sales Rep, and Phil, the Project Manager, were very responsive to my questions as a first time homeowner.”
“The owners of Rite window Peter Devellis and Ted Castonguay formally operated under other window company names. They have a track record of not honoring their commitments.”
We had four new windows installed. Three replacement windows and an extra to expand another where the sun comes up. Team B did an excellent job. They came out beautiful. They even matched the new woodwork to my 1948 woodwork trim. I am so happy with them, they are coming back this fall to put in the final four. I highly recommend them.
We had our existing bathroom shower replaced with Kohler LuxStone Shower installed by a crew from Kohler. This was not a simple job as the bathroom was 80" " 46" and 96" in height. The finished bathroom shower looks amazing and the crew assigned to do the work did an excellent job. We were very impressed with their attention to detail and how they cleaned up the work space each day. Highly recommended if you want a quality shower remodel.
Ritewindow did a good job of installing my windows but was poorly informed when it came to Mass Saves Rebates program resulting in errors on their end that have cost me substantial money. They repeatedly told me that my windows qualified for rebates causing me to opt for a higher priced installation. After numerous back and forth interactions between Mass Saves and Ritewindow it was clear they did not in fact qualify. Ritewindow mislead me. Additionally they provided incorrect information about financing through the Mass Saves programs and took specific actions that prevented me from using Mass Saves loans. The quality of the windows is good and the installation process was smooth but from my experience they were sloppy and unreliable in other areas.
My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our new master bathroom and powder room. While it took a few weeks for Rite Window to get the materials gathered, the scheduling was well coordinated and the installation was very fast. Not the cheapest but we feel we got what we paid for and more. What an excellent result! Superior materials and the installers were true craftsmen. We very highly recommend and would certainly contract again with Rite Window.
The entire process with Rite Window - Greater Boston was seamless. They handled everything, including pulling all the necessary permits, and completed the full shower renovation in just three days. It was completely hassle-free for me as the customer, and I’m very happy with the result.
