One thing to check yourself. The company publishes a Massachusetts plumbing corporation licence, #3961-C, and a master plumber licence, #9000-M. A state registry lookup on 3961 returns an expired master plumber record held in a different person's name, so neither published number is confirmed as current. Ask for the numbers and check them with the Board of State Examiners of Plumbers and Gas Fitters before work starts. The right call for a sewer line, a chronic backup or a grease trap — especially if you want relining priced against a full replacement. Ask for both.
