Home renovations can be stressful enough, but needing to do one from across the country seemed absolutely daunting. Add to that limited time to meet and decide on a contractor, and it felt all but impossible. Luckily for me, I found just the right person in Maisa. From day 1 of the project, which included a complete kitchen and bathroom renovation, new flooring, paint, and electrical, she and her team went above and beyond to make the remodel a reality. Maisa answered my endless questions with patience and expertise. She knows her stuff and was such an amazing resource as I navigated different decisions. This remodel was for a condo in the city, which also meant contending with other unit owners and HOA rules. Maisa and her team were extremely respectful of the shared spaces, including vacuuming the staircase every time they were there. Unlike many home renovations, the price laid out at the beginning was the same one at the end. I felt the pricing was fair and would highly recommend Maisa and her team to anyone looking to do a home renovation project.
