The same page also shows the number as an inactive Home Improvement Contractor registration that it says was at one point cancelled. Those are BuildZoom's entries, not something confirmed against the state registry — but they are specific enough to ask about directly. Beyond the company's own site, there is very little to go on: BuildZoom's profile carries no customer reviews, and nothing else surfaced. If you are considering them for a tile job, ask for the current registration number and check it yourself with the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs, and ask for addresses of recent tile work you can look at.
