Worth knowing before you call: this is a shop, not a crew that lives at your house. The model is drop-off or pickup, and the specialty is finish work on wood — furniture first, then floors and cabinets. The BBB lists them under Antique Dealers, which tells you where the bulk of the work sits. If your job is a whole-room renovation with several trades, this is not that; if it is wood you want to look right, the record here is about as consistent as it gets.
