What an excellent company, quick response to our issue, excellent, NEAT and clean, courteous workers, (plumbers) I would refer them to anyone who asks and definitely use them again!!

I needed a complete overhaul of my HVAC. Called countless places, but couldn't get anyone to call me back. Eventually got two who came out to look; one never actually even provided me the quote. In looking up people's thoughts on the other, stumbled on an advert for Epic. Their expertise in Viessmann immediately got my attention. Called, spoke to someone, had my info passed on to Mark, and within a few hours, Mark called me. A week later he was at my house looking over the job. The following week, as promised, I had a quote in hand. Mark and his crew just completed the job and I am extremely happy with the whole experience. Mark was very easy to work with regarding questions or modifications I had. His knowledge is impressive and honest. He truly understands the latest technologies. The crew of guys were great. The quality of work is exceptional; neat, clean, professional, and impressive. They are my HVAC company going forward, and will be contacting them again when it's time to outfit my basement with heating. Anyone who asks me for a recommendation, I will tell them Epic.

I really cannot overemphasize how positive my experience with Mark and Epic Plumbing have been. He will be our go-to plumber from here until forever! We had another plumbing company come out to look out our non-functional heater. They took it apart and then told us there was no way to put it back together. I was referred to Mark who come out on very short notice. While he was here, he was able to get the heat working as a short-term fix. While here, he also spent time doing a full review of our plumbing systems and fixed two persistent issues that countless plumbers had not been able to solve over five years and multiple visits. As expected, the fix to the heater was temporary and when we needed to replace it in full, Mark was able to move around his schedule and be here the very next day. The installation was smooth and very high-quality. In addition, he beat the original plumber's quote by $2,000 and, the best part, he went out of his way to fix the ventilation system of our dryer, which was also broken, at NO charge to us. I highly recommend Mark and Epic Plumbing.

I just used Epic to service my new high efficiency gas boiler that was installed two years ago. They were great to deal with in all aspects. They immediately returned my call, scheduled the appointment within 3 days, and actually showed up 5 minutes early. On top of that, they were honest enough and charged me $50 less than what was quoted to me over the phone. William was great to deal with and I will definitely use them again. I never write reviews, but felt the need to put in a good word for this business.

Epic Plumbing and Heating is great to work with on projects big and small and are definitely my go to plumbing company. They find permanent solutions to problems not just temporary ones that will come up again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
