In July 2024 an AC quit on a Friday afternoon and a technician was there Saturday morning of a holiday weekend, with the house cooling by noon; another customer that month, with a flooding A/C, had José find a minor fault and replace a failed water sensor inside 24 hours. A June 2024 customer in Malden noted that technicians travel there from Leominster. The other thread is restraint. A November 2024 reviewer wrote that the technician did not fix items that were not broken and gave no sales pitch — open communication, no hidden fees. An October 2024 customer put it shorter: helped out promptly and only did what was necessary. Two names carry the reviews, George on the quoting and scheduling and José on the work. What to weigh: this is a young company. The LLC dates to January 2024, BBB grades it A rather than A+ and names the length of time in operation as the reason, and all 23 reviews across Google, Angi and HomeAdvisor are five-star. A spotless two-year history is not the same thing as a long one. A good call for a homeowner with a failing AC or heat pump who wants a diagnosis rather than a replacement quote. Check they cover your town before booking, and get the scope in writing if the job turns out bigger than the visit.
