Automatic delivery is the sore spot. In April 2026 one customer wrote that a tank more than half full was topped up anyway during weeks of mild weather, with no warning and a sharply higher price; another that same week described a 3/31 fill at $6.45 a gallon on a tank that was not half empty, after seven years of October fills.
