Clear Choice Drain Solutions

I had a very concerning experience with a driver from Clear Choice Drain Solutions. While I was driving in traffic, one of their trucks was tailgating me aggressively and making unsafe maneuvers. The driver then made inappropriate gestures during the incident.<br><br>This was especially upsetting because I’m currently pregnant, and the situation felt very unsafe and unnecessary.<br><br>I have video footage of the entire interaction. I also reached out to the company directly and did not receive any response.<br><br>I hope the company takes this seriously and addresses the behavior of their drivers to ensure the safety of others on the road

Clear Choice was able to respond quickly to my issue with my main drain line. I had some wonderfully efficient and knowledgeable help from Israel. They were able to help my out with clearing the backed up in an extremely timely manner, while also offering helpful explanations throughout his visit.

Asked for a camera inspection of the pipeline from the septic tank to the streets, the technician found out they weren’t able to do it which I understand. But they charged me $369 for a moving a 5 inch copper pipe forward 2 inches which I was able to do myself and said it fixed the clog. There wasn’t a clog to begin with because we don’t even throw toilet paper down the toilet. And this was the pipe connected to my house not the streets and I did not ask it to be fixed because I knew I was able to do it myself. The customer service people were so rude as well. Sure I might be taking a little longer because I have to translate to my family but that doesn’t mean you can discriminate by hanging up on me.
