And the newest review on file, a one-star from June 2026, has nothing to do with plumbing: a driver blocked a private driveway, and the caller found the response on the phone rude. Google sits at 4.0 across 21 ratings. For an established Malden plumber — a water heater, gas work, or a leak nobody else has cracked — they are a reasonable call.
