Based in Norwell and a listed member of the Norwell Chamber of Commerce, its own site frames it as a commercial flat-roofing specialist — EPDM, hot tar, TPO, torch-down, metal, and silicone-coating systems, plus roof repair and snow removal — covering Boston, Quincy, and Brockton, and reaching into Rhode Island. Most of what's actually being reviewed lately, though, is driveways, not roofs. On Angi, where it's listed as "Boston Alliance Roofing and Seal Coating," recent reviews cluster around asphalt sealcoating and crack repair: a driveway crack-sealed and double-coated "in a professional manner," a crew that showed up on time, one customer whose neighbors started asking for the crew's card after seeing the finished job. That side of the business carries a 4.6-star average from 18 Angi ratings. Its Google page tells a different story, sitting at 3.3 stars from 7 ratings — a split worth noting before relying on either number alone. The roofing work that does surface in reviews elsewhere online is described as quick and fairly priced, though there's much less of it to go on. The complaints are concentrated on the paving side. One Google reviewer said driveway paving "is clearly not their specialty," called the finished job hard to verify as complete, and described getting it fixed as an ongoing frustration. A separate Angi review described a crew that came out three times to finish crack sealing, was frequently late rescheduling, and was overpriced enough that the customer threatened legal action.
