At first became aware of Barrios Elite Construction because they were working on my neighbor’s house across the street doing complete new siding and painting of cedar shingles. We got to watch for the next couple weeks. They did an amazing job on her house sanding paint, priming ame painting ame repairing the soffit. So I asked them to quote us on our window repair. Unlike the large companies, they were willing to repair and not just force us to replace our wood windows. The only piece that was damaged in our windows was the sill. Erain was very knowledgeable and gave his recommendations for our siding as well, noting that it was not in as good condition as we thought, but then also gave us a separate quote for just doing the work, not pressuring us. It took him a little bit to get us the quote, but we then went with just the window repair. He was able to start very quickly and was punctual on time at 7 AM. We chatted via telephone calls. His workers were friendly and didn’t need to come in the house at all. They were careful not to destroy my plants. They took two days to complete the work. We settled payment the following day. He came over and we discussed some remaining issues, one being the screens they made one had to be switched to an upstairs window. He said no problem. I also noted the window was sticking after being painted, he said no problem they will come and score it. At no extra cost of course. I asked for further quote for repairing our central air. He took check or cash. And he removed the waste shingles. He took time to educate me on our wood shingle siding wood type. And what he replaced the shingles with, that being cedar. He kept the old pieces to show me how bad the wood was. I will definitely call Erain again!
