I recently got a house in Lynn, but it was way too small especially for my family. I called American Team to add 2 more floors, and they were really kind. They came over to give me the price and it was really good even better than other contractors. Once they started the job they came on time, and they were really responsive and kind. Once they finished the job, I checked the work they did, and it was amazingly done. The quality of the work they did was amazing. American Team was extremely professional, and I definitely recommend this company.

Extremely unreliable. My small bathroom project took months to complete as they just showed up whenever they wanted to. I decided that I wanted new lights and sent a picture of the ones I was getting and ordered them. Luis had someone come and uninstall lights and then tell me the new ones would work. I ended up then ordering new ones and he has promised to come at least four times in the last two weeks and never has. He now says it is not his job to install lights as he completed his contract. He has stated that it’s not his faults things don’t get done - it’s because his workers don’t pick up the phone. Also you will sign a contact with him and then when project is complete, he will<br>Say it’s more than what was agreed upon. Be careful!

This company is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. They originally promised to come for an inspection on 7/2, but instead showed up at my door at 6am on 7/1, calling me repeatedly and pressuring me to make a quick decision.<br><br>After we agreed on a price, they said they would come back the next day to do the work — but no one showed up. I called them many times before finally getting an answer, and they told me they would come on Sunday. Do they not know that making noise on Sunday is not allowed?<br><br>I rescheduled to Monday, but again they became completely unreachable and ignored all my calls and messages on Monday. Finally, at the last minute, they texted me saying they would only do the job if I agreed to pay double the original price.<br><br>In response to the owner’s reply:<br>Your reply completely ignores the facts and misleads future customers. You confirmed and agreed to the original price, then later tried to change it at the last moment. Instead of taking responsibility, you blamed the customer and made excuses. This is highly unprofessional and shows a complete lack of business ethics.<br><br>I wrote this review to warn other potential customers about your dishonest practices and lack of integrity.<br><br>Avoid this company at all costs.

American Team replaced my roof. They did a great job. No leaks after the recent rain storm! Also, when the job was done they did a fabulous clean up job. I will call them again for my next project.
