Highlights
- Rudeness complaints — reviewers describe scheduling interactions as rude
4 Seasons Hardwood Floors, based in Quincy, MA, installs flooring in part through a referral arrangement with Lowe's. But the clearest thread running through its small handful of reviews isn't the flooring work itself — it's how the office handles customers before a job even starts. More than one reviewer describes trouble getting a fair shake from the person handling scheduling and measurements, calling the interaction rude, and Google currently has the business at 3.0 stars from a small number of ratings. A separate directory, Birdeye, lists a similar 3.0. This is a thin, mixed record overall — not a company with a deep review history — but the complaints on file point in the same direction. Before booking, it's worth asking directly who handles scheduling and getting a clear, written quote up front, given the pattern in the reviews. The business is not BBB accredited. With so few reviews and a recurring complaint about the same issue, getting a second quote and confirming communication expectations before committing seems like the reasonable move here.

I got this company through Lowe’s and my experience was definitely great. Abraham installed my floors although there was a language barrier we were able to get the job done. They worked with me & I’ll be looking forward to working with them again. Here is the room I fixed and staged with the help of 4 seasons for the floor

Roger with 4seasons flooring is terrible to work with, very rude even when scheduling an appointment for measurements. Was looking to get flooring done by them as they were associated with Lowe’s but good think I dodged a bullet there.
