It describes itself as family owned and operated since 1986, roughly 40 years by its own count. Outside its own site there is little to read. Its BBB page carries an A+ grade, though the business is not BBB accredited and that profile publishes no customer reviews or complaints; BBB also lists it as a corporation with one employee headed by president William D Lowe, and dates the business to 1981 rather than 1986. On Google there are three ratings, all five stars — a small sample to lean on. So this is a business with real institutional credentials and almost no public customer history. For a homeowner the first question is whether they will take the job at all: everything they publish points at offices, agencies and campuses. If they will, ask for recent references from comparable moves before booking.
