One detail worth asking about: that same February review notes the lock on the new sliding door didn't hold up well, a specific complaint inside an otherwise positive account. It's also worth knowing construction is only part of the business — property management and real estate sales run alongside it — so confirm you're talking to the contracting side for a home-improvement job. Two of its eight listed profiles, Houzz and Angi, show no reviews yet, even though Google, Thumbtack, and BBB (A+ rating, not accredited) tell a consistent story. For roofing, siding, or general remodeling work in the Cambridge area, the license is current and the review pattern holds up across three independent sites. Before booking, ask about hardware warranties given the lock complaint, and don't be thrown by the small mismatch in how long they've been in business — BBB says eight years, Thumbtack and Angi say nine.

We originally were going to have the roof of our 3 season sunroom fixed. It was never installed right by Champion. We wound up replacing the roof on house and the garage. A piece of metal trim was also replaced. The sliding door on the sunroom was also replaced, the lock never lasted very long. Windows were replaced that Newpro had put in years ago. This work was done when Newpro went under, we could never get them to fix windows. Everything was done in timely manner and to perfection. We will have the other windows replaced as soon as possible. We have recommended you to our neighbor.
