United Service Specialists is a subcontractor's subcontractor. That one is confirmed against the state registry rather than only claimed on the website, where the MBE status and minority ownership also appear. Nobody who hired them has written about the work. The only outside trace is a brief LinkedIn comment from May 2024 praising a job in general terms, which is not enough to support a rating in either direction. If you're a general contractor or facilities manager on the North Shore needing concrete scanning and cutting or a selective interior demolition, this is a certified, narrowly specialized option — ask for project references and the qualifications of whoever runs the scanning equipment. Homeowners should read the fit honestly: the work this company describes is commercial and industrial, not house-scale.
