A 2023 Revere Journal article names Josef Koch as the owner and describes the company as a cleaning and restoration business; a 2018 Item piece placed it in Saugus. What homeowners keep doing in reviews is naming people. Before demolition starts, get the scope in writing, ask what is being billed to your insurer and what your own share will be, and keep a copy of the estimate the adjuster receives.
