Its BBB page puts the start date at 2006 and incorporation at 2015, with five employees and Manuel Mizhirumbay as president. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active. What people who hired them keep returning to is speed, and the state of the yard afterward. Its Google page shows 5 stars from 28 ratings, and two things repeat: crews that finish faster than homeowners expected, and sites left clean. A 2021 reviewer said the team replaced a roof in a single day; a 2022 one described a roof and garage finished in a day and a half, with the property left cleaner than they found it. On HomeAdvisor in January 2023, a homeowner with seven roof peaks and skylights wrote that the crew started at 7:30am on a Saturday and worked until 7:30 that night, came back Sunday, and returned again Monday. Insurance is the other steady thread. Storm-damage claims come up over and over — in May 2026 a homeowner described Geo surveying winter-storm damage to their mother's roof and utility closet and explaining how the ice dam had leaked in; a 2022 reviewer credited Luis with keeping the documentation straight through a complicated claim.
