Two Men and a Truck in Wilmington moves furniture, not just boxes — reviewers keep naming the actual crew members who wrapped a TV, wrestled a 375-pound safe, or unpacked an entire POD container without help. On Google the business carries a 4.6-star average from 593 ratings, with 235 reviews on record since 2021 across four sites — a long, deep history for a local moving crew. The last six months back that up more often than not. One crew wrapped a large-screen TV and packed mattresses into protective bags before a move; another handled an office relocation described as unhurried even as the schedule shifted; one mover noticed a customer's limp, offered to unpack her SUV for her, and even helped track down her cat when it went missing mid-move. That's the pattern reviewers keep describing — specific care with specific belongings, not just politeness. But four of the last thirty-three reviews are serious, and none of them are vague. One customer says a driver had already hit his legal hours limit, so only one truckload got moved before the job stopped mid-house, with no one at the office willing to take a follow-up call. Another says a crew threw belongings around and lost items outright, then went unanswered by staff named Kate and Tom for an extended stretch. A third describes a four-person crew that moved slowly — neighbors reported two of them talking instead of working — despite being promised a smooth day. A fourth simply describes a crew that turned disrespectful partway through. A separate, older review from December 2025 also alleges cash and collectibles went missing after a move, with the general manager never returning two follow-up calls. None of that erases the specific, name-checked praise that fills most of the same window — but it's a real cluster, not a single outlier, worth asking about directly before booking: how the crew and driver get assigned, what recourse looks like if something goes wrong, and who to call by name if an issue needs escalating. This fits a standard local or long-distance household or office move where careful handling of furniture and awkward items is the priority, and the specific praise on that front holds up. Get the crew assignment and a direct contact confirmed in writing before moving day, given how the rougher accounts describe getting stuck once something needed fixing.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We used them in 2020 and they were awesome they changed management and used them today. They were able to do one truck load and couldn’t move the rest of our house bc they sent a driver who was capped on driving hours and crossed the legal limit of driving time. No one was available to discuss at the office so the movers gave me the GM’s number. She refused to call me back but did call the movers to yell at them in front of me. We had to move the rest of our home with two small children. The movers were college age and almost in tears because they were so embarrassed they couldn’t finish the job. It’s clear the lack of professionalism stems solely from the management. Do not support them.

Having used Two Men and a Truck once before, we were happy to work with them for our move into our new house. Darius, Derek, and Chigozie were wonderful to work with: efficient, attentive, and very careful with our belongings! They made the entire process more pleasant and as minimally stressful as we could have hoped i hope we won't need to move again, but if we do, we know who we'll be calling!

Best movers around. Lee, Munoz, and O'Brien were super friendly and helpful. This is the only moving company to use.

Moving Team were great. Very professional & kind! Brought material to wrap our large screen TV along with large plastic storage bags for our king and twin mattress. Great price… Easy process..with one call to the office Denali reviewed our needs, gave us an estimate and then communicated via text of booking and a text prior to the moving team arrival. They sent 3 men, a truck and supplies. Would definitely use them again.
