Tritto Services LLC is a general contractor working out of 103 Chelsea Street in East Boston, run by Mark Tritto. The company describes itself as family owned and operated across three generations and says it was founded in 1978, putting its own count at 48 years; the Better Business Bureau's file records the LLC itself as started and incorporated in August 2024, with Mark Tritto as manager and one employee, and grades it A on length of time in operation. The same phone number and owner also carry profiles trading as Tritto Enterprises and Tritto Contracting. The work customers describe is the full general-contracting range, with kitchens at the centre. A February 2025 client had a kitchen done with new cabinets, countertop, sink and dishwasher, and said Mark walked them through details, costs and schedule up front and held to it — which mattered because the kitchen was unusable during the work — and beat other quotes they had gathered. A March 2025 client described a kitchen built from scratch with drawings and renderings provided, questions answered on materials and aesthetics throughout, and a price they called extremely fair. Repair and exterior work shows up just as often. A February 2026 reviewer described a badly installed roof-deck door replaced, the opening reflashed, the area shingled and a storm door fitted to stop wind-driven rain getting in — with the diagnosis explained first and a guarantee provided. In July 2026 a homeowner said Mark quoted a water-damaged kitchen and bathroom ceiling within a day or two, had a crew there the following week, and picked out replacement light fixtures for them to choose between. A January 2026 client listed a bathroom remodel, a main drain pipe replacement, appliance installation and a sink swap across two homes; 2025 reviewers describe a roof done neatly and on time, a basement renovation, rebuilt stairs and decks on budget, and a small repair job most firms would not take. One account runs the other way. In August 2025 a customer wrote that communication broke down and delays kept coming after money had been paid, and said not to trust them. It is the only negative on file and it gives no job detail, but it names the two things worth pinning down in advance. BuildZoom's permit records show 26 permitted projects from 2013 to 2025 across Revere, East Boston, Lynn, Brookline, Everett and Brighton, with typical permit values around $15,000 — a small-to-mid-job profile that matches what reviewers describe. Ask for a written schedule with payment tied to milestones rather than up front, and confirm who is pulling the permit before work starts.
I called Mark at Tritto Services LLC to get an estimate on my kitchen and bathroom ceiling to repair water damage from the second floor. Mark came out one or two days after and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He was kind enough to have his crew out the next week as I had to return to work in a few weeks. They fixed the two ceilings and put up two new kitchen lights as the existing ones had to be taken down due to the water damage.(i had to use a floor lamp to prevent a possible electrical fire.) He also went to Home Depot and picked out two different kitchen light fixtures so I could choose which I liked better and he brought paint samples for me to pick out to repaint the bathroom. Mark and his crew did a great job in a short amount of time and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Mark at Tritto. He went above and beyond and was very accommodating and also is a genuinely nice man.
Great guys and the work turned out better than expected. Thanks so much!
Mark replaced a poorly installed, exterior roof deck door, reflashing the opening, shingling the whole area and installing a storm door. The door leaked a lot during wind driven rain. Mark’s knowledge and experience were evident as he took me through the issues and developed the plan to resolve the leak. He even provided a guarantee! He was super communicative and kept me up to speed during the whole process. I will definitely use him again! Quality contractor.
Mark has done work for me at two locations. He has remodeled a bathroom, replaced the main drain pipe, installed appliances and replaced a sink at our former residence. He has done some bathroom repairs at our current residence. I would call him in a minute for any work needed. A+++++ Service!
So unfortunate when you give a contractor a job to do but the lack of communication & delays after taking your money is keeps happening. So no, don't trust them.
