A leaking roof in the middle of a February freeze is the kind of call Titanium Construction has answered. In a February 2022 review a homeowner turned away by companies telling her to wait until March wrote that this crew checked the forecast, climbed her iced-over flat roof the day they first spoke, and came back three days later to do the work. The company works out of 130 Morris St in Revere and describes itself as a design-build outfit covering Greater Boston: roofs, decks, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, flooring, masonry and painting. Thumbtack puts it at eight years in business with six employees. Reviewers almost always deal with someone called Ben, and his responsiveness is what they keep coming back to. The written history runs 2021 to 2026 and lands on specifics. A total strip with new plywood over a 111-year-old roof, finished in ten hours (August 2025). A Pinterest photo turned into a deck (July 2025). A garage foundation repaired on a cliff-side lot (2022). A room addition plus a full kitchen remodel where two carpenters, Rafael and Ronaldo, were on site nearly every day (2022). And in a January 2026 review, a major water leak across a second unit, a first-floor unit and a basement, where the company handled remediation, repairs and a full bathroom renovation with both units still occupied. The other side is worth reading before signing. In October 2025 a Thumbtack customer wrote a detailed complaint about a painting and door job: one day of work stretched to three, holes left in a front door frame, a damaged screen-door handle, paint on the carpet, and a refund she said had not arrived. A 2022 Google reviewer gave one star over a quoting loop of repeated emails asking for availability with no site visit. And a 2021 customer whose flooded apartment was rebuilt fast still described the finish as chaotic, with belongings moved back in around unfinished work. One practical note: the listings disagree on where to reach them. The company's own site gives Revere and (617) 470-3437, while its Houzz page lists Malden and (617) 775-7199, and Thumbtack's background check names Christian Almeida rather than the Ben most reviewers deal with. Strongest fit for roofing and larger remodels where a project manager matters. Pin down the scope, the schedule and the refund terms in writing, and confirm who will actually run your job.
This company came highly recommended by my trusted plumber after I experienced a major water leak affecting my second unit, first-floor unit, and basement. I was extremely grateful for the referral and Titanium more than lived up to it. Titanium quickly identified and stopped the source of the leak, then handled everything from remediation and treatment to repairs and a full bathroom renovation. What truly impressed me was how efficiently they completed this massive scope of work, all while both units remained occupied. That level of coordination and professionalism is rare. Communication throughout the project was excellent. They provided a well-organized project dashboard that managed payments, daily log reports, and photo/video documentation of progress. While I would have liked the daily logs to be a bit more regimented, the transparency and access to updates were still top-notch. The project manager did an outstanding job guiding me through every step, coordinating finishes, and offering high-quality advice along the way. The entire process felt organized, thoughtful, and client-focused. I would absolutely work with Titanium again for future projects and capital improvements. Thank you, Chris, for a great experience!
I honestly regret hiring Christian and his crew. He over promised and under delivered. The initial work was so bad, that I didn't proceed with the entire project. I had him paint two rooms and a bathroom. He also installed a front storm door and a replacement screen for my back patio. Nothing was done correctly. When providing the estimate Christian stated that he could do the work in a day. The day turned into three with him and his crew coming back today to fix everything that was wrong. After spending the entire day at my home, my front door frame has holes in it, the handle to the screen door is messed up, and portions of the bathroom are still not done properly. This is not the work of a professional contractor. The whole situation screams amateur hour. I paid him over $2,800. That includes portion of the work that I canceled. He was aware in Friday that he owed me a refund and failed to issue it today. I strongly do not advise hiring him for any projects. You will be extremely frustrated and disappointed. Not to mention that his crew got paint on my carpet AFTER I showed Christian the initial paint his crew dropped. One would think that they would take precautions to not get more paint on the carpet. Unfortunately they did not and now I have spots of paint on my carpets. If I could give zero stars I would.
This company was my choice out of 4 bids. Best decision I ever made. The roof looks beautiful, they worked very hard and completed a total strip and laid down plywood over the 111 year old roof in 10 hours. The cleanup was awesome. The yard looks like they were never here. The crew was awesome, and very professional. All done in 1 day. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend LTC to anyone. Thanks James and Louis!!
Highly Recommend Titanium Construction! I can’t say enough great things about Titanium Construction and the incredible work they did on my deck! I gave them a vision — just a photo from Pinterest — and they brought it to life better than I imagined. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and the attention to detail is top-notch. Their team was professional, hardworking, and a pleasure to have around. Any small issues or questions were addressed quickly and with care, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a company that delivers quality, creativity, and outstanding service, Titanium Construction is it. I’m so glad I chose them and would absolutely work with them again
