The company works out of Braintree, and people hiring them for pre-purchase, pre-sale, condo, and single-family inspections keep naming the same thing — inspectors who walk the house carefully, explain what they are seeing as they go, and turn that information into a useful report the same day or within hours.
The recent review pattern is deep and current. In late June alone, one buyer said Ted Zawalick handled a pre-purchase inspection thoroughly, answered questions, and sent the follow-up report within hours; another said Brandon explained details clearly to a future landlord and that the final report was easy to use; several others described Frank, Nico, Kevin, Tom, Jeff, Keith, Sean, John Brady, Ralph, Ray, and Marc as thorough, early, or patient while walking first-time buyers through the house and its systems.
