I met the owners Erik and Joem at a business owners mastermind event and I want to let everyone out there who may read this, to know, that this business is owned and run by two very dedicated, passionate, and high quality men. I had the pleasure of getting to know them over a multiple day event, working side by side with them, looking for, finding, and fixing some minor imperfections of their business, because they care enough about providing the best company possible to both their employees and customers. If I lived in the New England area, without a doubt, I’d trust them with a residential construction project of my own.

We had a leaking roof that we tried to repair twice but the leak kept. Coming back. Called up Stella, explained the issue. Steve came by the next day in the pouring rain, got up on the roof and and examined everything. We contracted to replace 6 skylights and redo half of our roof. End result was that his crew did the job in one day (remarkable!) with proper ice shields and edges, and…. No more raining in the house !! Work crew was respectful and worked their tails off and… they completely cleaned up when done. A+ job on the roof Of course, I had to get the ceiling in the living room fixed too because of the leak in the roof. Erik’s crew came in and inspected the insulation, replaced the Sheetrock, spackled and painted half the ceiling. Done in a day and a half. Looks great. Team was very professional and covered everything- even papered the areas on which they walked from the front door to the work area. First class operation and excellent workmanship. Another A+. I especially like that they are locally owned and you talk to the owners, not some operator in another state. Highly recommended.

Did whole home remodel including addition. Very good outcome. Recommended.

We hired Erik and Stella home for a massive renovation of our 1800s home. The project was a gut renovation of half of our house including kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, mudroom, dining room and den. We stayed basically on time despite finding multiple structural surprises that needed to be dealt with. We lived in the other half of the home during the reno and so interacted with his team daily. They were simply lovely people to deal with. It’s now been more than 2 years since we finished and we’re still so happy with the results. Would not hesitate to recommend Stella and would work with them again (and probably will for the other half at some point).

I was recommended to Stella Construction and Home Services by a friend and I am happy to say I was not disappointed. I originally hired them to rebuild the stairs off my deck and expand the deck itself. During the course of the project, they identified additional issues, including a leaking rubber roof under the deck. Stella handled everything with professionalism and efficiency. They took care of all the necessary permits and made sure every aspect of the job was completed to a high standard. The rubber roof was completely redone, and the deck rebuild exceeded my expectations—it's better than I could have imagined. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with their work and would highly recommend Stella Construction and Home Services to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and reliable service.
