I just completed a commercial project with Scout & Associates and I can’t say enough amazing compliments about this business. Every step of the process was the best experience I’ve ever had working with a contractor. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire build, their pricing was transparent, they showed up when they said they would and my space was left spotless every day. The quality of their craftsmanship was top tier and every detail was carefully executed. They will be the only contractor I work with on future commercial or residential projects. I can’t thank them enough for bringing my vision to life!

We purchased a condo that needed complete renovation. (Kitchen, 2 baths, flooring, custom staircase, paint, HVAC, etc.) From start to finish, Greg and his entire team were exceptional. Greg is organized, pays attention to detail and is a perfectionist. He delivered on every promise he made, and exceeded our expectations. We 100 percent recommend Scout and Associates.

I finished a kitchen renovation project with Scout earlier this year and could not be happier. I appreciate their patience as we made multiple changes mid-project (Just to make sure we kept the team on their toes). The transparent approach to pricing and clear communication helped make the process run as smooth as possible. When renovating an old house we expected some problems, but it helped that Scout always came prepared with pro-active solutions at various price points so the project could move forward on time. We are looking forward to our next project!
