Two hundred sixty-six Google ratings, a 4.9 average, and nearly every one of them names a person rather than the office. REALTY20 works out of Kelton Street in Boston, and what renters describe is almost entirely leasing: find the apartment, tour it fast, get the application in ahead of the pack. Speed is the through-line. Renters keep recounting the same sequence — inquire, tour within days, sign. One found a listing online, had a tour booked within a few days, and had the lease done shortly after. Another, relocating from out of state with a single weekend in Boston, was sent a needs-and-budget survey up front, then driven between tours and walked around the neighborhoods to get a feel for them. A third couldn't tour in person at all and had an agent press building management for better lease terms. The names repeat too — Said Zeghina, Oussama Serhani, Elise, Belinda, Kevin — and the praise attaches to them individually: replies within hours, patience with first-time renters, straight advice on competitive applications, and negotiation with landlords on units in tight neighborhoods. Students, renters landing in Mission Hill and Belmont, and people arriving sight-unseen from other states all turn up in the recent reviews. Sales work appears but rarely; one reviewer says an agent handled their property sale from start to finish. Off the review platforms, a 2024 post on r/tradedboston reported a Realty20 agent representing the buyer on a mixed-use building sale in Salem, and a Boston housing thread that year listed the firm among the agencies a renter was weighing. Two recent one-star reviews are worth reading before you call, because they describe the same practice from different angles. In June 2026 an inquirer said a property posted on apartments.com carried no indication REALTY20 managed it; asked to complete a broad form about their overall rental needs, they questioned whether that was to view that specific apartment or to engage the firm as their broker, and say they got no reply. They framed it as working around Massachusetts' new broker-fee rules. In March 2026 another reviewer said a unit that was not actually for rent had been posted to collect their information and steer them toward other listings. Two complaints against 87 reviews in the last six months is a small share, but both aim at how listings and inquiries are handled rather than at the tours or the paperwork. For a Greater Boston apartment search — especially a fast one, or one run from another state — this is a deep bench with a long, consistent history behind it. Before you hand over details, confirm the specific unit you're being shown is available, and pin down exactly what fee you would owe and to whom.

Said is an incredible agent. He is always responsive, thorough, and patient when complications arise. He helped me in my roommate fine the best lease and even though it was very competitive, he made sure that our application was top of the stack.
