Tom provided solid guidance to help us with both understanding the Re-Bath offer and budget for such a project. We are planning the budget for a 2 bathroom project and his guidance helps us understand the benefit of selecting Re-Bath. Tom was punctual, courteous and very helpful.

Edited: RE-BATH! is an ENTIRELY unethical company!!! Do not work with RE-BATH!!! Find a local company!!! RE-BATH spent a week lying to me by omission, pretending to be the local business that did this work and was therefore the one to rectify it--they just wanted more money from an unsuspecting customer.

This company played along all week like THEY were the ones who installed this and like it was THEIR LOCAL company--told me they didn't have contracts "from the previous owner because they did not transfer them. On the REBATH website it says "Greenfield RE-BATH" and even has a local exchange (which reads Greenfield on the phone) to fool you. I am sure all this is allowed by law, but qe as consumers don't have to put up with it.

***There is NO RE-Bath in western MA, at all. This is a national chain that rips off their franchises, and their customers. They strung me along all week, telling me that all the work would be done for free, and then suddenly today, opps the glass is not. RE-BATH had not even priced the two doors they were going to have me pay for "for a favorable price" , when only one shattered and therefore only one is necessary. The local company is ordering and installing the door-to honor their work and warranty--stay away from RE-Bath!

One star is generous for this shoddy national company: Buyer-beware: This is only three years old, the most expensive component of this "re-bath" and shattered when being cleaned with a cotton cloth--the way windows are normally cleaned. Luckily no one was hurt. RE-BATH refused to replace for free, claiming they used glass from another company and so they have no responsibility for this.

Stay away from this awful company--the 5 stars are for the local companies they have taken over and have nothing to do with this unethical national, shoddy business.

Information and various options presented by agent Maurice Campbell were very detailed and clear with high professionalism.

Tom was wonderful. He explained everything to us thoroughly and gave us the best quote possible.

The honest read

Re-Bath appears to be a strong option for bathroom remodels, with many recent customers praising sales guidance, clear explanations, and installers finishing work on time with clean, careful installs (including tub-to-walk-in shower conversions). There are also a few serious complaints—one reviewer alleges deceptive conduct and incomplete resolution, so it’s worth asking detailed questions about scope and who is responsible for any issues.

Where sources disagree

  • The overall review pattern is strongly positive, but at least one recent 1★ review makes a serious allegation of unethical conduct and misrepresentation (E1774), which conflicts with the many 5★ reports of professionalism and transparency.

What the evidence shows

Worth knowing

  • Some reviews include potentially significant customer dissatisfaction, including an allegation that the company acted unethically and attempted to charge more money after purported misrepresentation/omission.

  • There is at least one low-rated review referencing dissatisfaction with the quoted work/scope (tile/tub reglaze and plumbing fixture replacement) that suggests something may not have matched expectations.
