The work spans more than shingles. Reviewers describe EPDM flat roofs on triple-deckers, shingle and metal roof installs, chimney flashing repairs done through cold and ice, and gutter, soffit and fascia replacement, on both houses and commercial buildings. There is a specific thing to pin down before signing. A homeowner this spring had shingles replaced over a bay window after an ice dam, and two pre-coloured Hardie board siding panels broke during the work; they were replaced with unpainted boards, and the customer was quoted an extra $650 to swap in the factory-painted spares they already owned. The contract excluded siding painting, so the company was within its terms, but the customer was left to sort it out.
