BBB opened its file in 2002, lists incorporation in 1997 and 25 employees, and grades the company A+ though it isn't accredited. Rafael Guzman is named there as CEO alongside director Yakaira Inoa-Severino; BuildZoom's employees block also names Francisco Polanco as an owner. The U.S. Department of Transportation's directory lists the Franklin Street address as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, and dot.report shows USDOT number 797344 allowed to operate. Licensing is the thing to sort out first. The Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration 132115, held by R.M. Technologies, Inc., is expired on the state registry. BuildZoom separately lists that registration and a second one, #181315, as inactive, along with Massachusetts asbestos contractor licence #AC000328 — and scores the profile 0 for want of a verifiable active licence. For abatement in particular, ask which current licence covers your job and ask to see it. Neither BBB nor BuildZoom carries a single customer review, so everything above comes from permits, registry records and directory profiles rather than from people who hired them. That is why there's no rating here. They read as a fit for hazardous-material removal and demolition at building scale, not for everyday home remodeling; if you're calling them, get current licensing and insurance in writing before anyone starts work.
